Quality Lab :
A well equipped quality control laboratory gives assurance of a quality product. Our highly efficient Quality Control team is responsible for Raw Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, & Finished goods Inspection. Following the first piece inspection and regular process inspection helps us to identify bur during power press, blanking operation, ID problems during brazing. All products go through polishing and deburring operations to remove sharp edges which ensure smooth wire insertion.
Systems and Process :
Following a proper system helps us to reach our destination. Using latest technology and systems we have integrated our products right from Raw Material source to End Users. Raw materials are sourced from well known reputed organisation from the industry. The material is of pure EC Grade and as per our required hardness. Our suppliers have strict instructions about quality of the raw material sent which minimizes Raw Material rejection. Well equipped and spacious stores department with proper storage systems & ERP to maintain inventory as per reorder level of raw material and finished goods. All the purchase orders and sales orders are tracked properly providing status to customers and suppliers periodically. Manufacturing process of standard and non-standard items are defined through a route card and they are checked for first piece inspection and regular inspection during production. Finished Good quality control is very strict where we check for dimensions, plating thickness, crimpability test. If any deviation is found then a proper study analysis is done for rectifying the cause.
